Important Notice Regarding Legend Membership Tier.

By paying a deposit the Legend Membership Tier, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms:

Deposit Purpose: The $1,000 deposit serves as an earnest payment and partial payment toward the total membership cost of $75,000. It is refundable only if you cancel before the golf event dates are finalized.

Refund Conditions: The deposit will be fully refundable if you cancel in writing before the golf event dates are finalized.

Once the golf event dates are finalized, the deposit becomes non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by customer: If you cancel after the golf event dates are finalized, you will forfeit the deposit and may be liable for additional costs incurred by us, up to the full amount of the membership.

Cancellation by company: If we cancel the membership, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from this transaction, we encourage resolution through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The laws of AK will govern this transaction.

Governing Law: This disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of AK.
